List of Our Legal Service Fees and Disbursements

Below is a list of services we provide and their irrespective fees. If you can’t find the services you are looking for, let us know, and we will advise accordingly.
Please be informed that disbursement fees are not included in any of the services below. Disbursements are expenses incurred while working on your case—for example, process serving fees. We will send you a separate invoice for reimbursement for any disbursement expenses incurred.

| Brief of Authorities | $250 (plus legal research charged at $150 flat fee) |
| Summons to Witness | $300 (3 hours) $100 extra per extra hour |
| Pre-trial - Settlement Conference | $200 (3 hours) $100 extra per extra hour |
| Garnishee Hearings | $300 (3 hours) $100 extra per extra hour |
| Examination of Debtor Hearing | $300 (3 hours) $100 extra per extra hour |
| Trial and motion Fees | $500 for each trial/motion appearance up to 4 hours (1/2 day). $100 extra per hour |
